IN STOCK
This denotes our
wines that are physically in our warehouse. These wines can be shipped or made
for pick-up within an hour notice. For pick-up, please remember we have three
warehouses and you must call to verify which warehouse the wine is stored in.
P.O.
This denotes a
wine we have on purchase order and is in transit to our warehouse. All of our
wines are shipped to us via refrigerated temperature controlled trucks. Arrival
times are always subject to change due to weather conditions or other factors
but we will provide our best estimate. If you need the wine, we will find a way
to get it to you!
PRE-ARRIVAL
This denotes
wines that are available to us from wine cellars we have acquired or
pre-release wines from our distributors or mailing list clients. When you
inquire about a pre-arrival wine, we ensure the wine is still available, then
confirm with you the order confirmation, payment, and expected delivery time. Your
order is then placed into our system and arrangements are made to ship the
wine.
INQUIRE
This denotes
wines that we have in stock but require you to contact us to receive a current
price on these wines due to the rarity and market conditions. These wines are
generally extremely rare and very difficult to find. We specialize in these wines for our Private
Clients.
All wine invoices and orders, regardless
of their status, must be paid in full at the time of ordering and/or
confirmation unless otherwise specifically noted in writing by Cultwine.com.
